About Shipping:

When you place an order, we will offer you all the shipping methods for you to select, usually we select a safe, quick and cheap method for you and tell you the estimated delivery time, but sometimes we cannot guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs cleaning time in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Usually it will not produce customs fees and some other extra fees for you, because we will write low value for the package. But sometimes it cannot be avoided, then may collect the fees at time of delivery, that is you duty for importing products to your country, we will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Return & Exchange Requirements

Item must be returned within 7 days of accepting the delivery.

No Refund: Over 7 Days still not returned.

Product must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.

No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand & Labels.

 No fit for you (with wrong size), the quality problem

No Refund: Custom-made Petite or Plus Size and Made to you Specifications.

It is buyers’ responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.

Sizing or Fit Issues

As all of our apparels / items are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished item may vary by approximately +1 or -1 inch in the specified measurements.

To ensure that your apparel/item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all of our apparels with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be easily. If you find the apparel is not suitable for you and have any questions, please contact us directly.

You have to know:

Some of the dresses available in Prom Dresses & Wedding Dresses are copies of the original dresses and sometimes there is a slight difference in color, material and method of manufacture. The similarity between the original dress that you see in the photo, and that which we produce is between 85% and 99% depending on your chosen dress whether there is material available for its preparation.

Once you know this information, you are aware that dress that you order will not 100% the same that of the photo and I'm not going to sit in the same way as the model filmed with her.

 

Color Mismatch

Sometimes there will be color differences, because of different PC monitor, lightening, background and some other reasons, if you are very very strict in color, contact us firstly, we will try to meet your requirements.

 

 

Return Policy

 

We sticks to tenet of "quality first, customer foremost" your satisfaction is our destination! We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package from us, and make sure whether the dresses, clothing or accessories are the ones you have specified. Just in case, please try on them without removing the tags and wearing perfume, not even mention altering or washing them.

If you are going to return/exchange the dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure that they are in the original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, without the smell of any perfume ; and with tags intact and attached.

Generally speaking, we will be responsible for quality issue that the mistakes we made, and customers need to take care of the mistakes they did, we do not accept return for personal reasons, such like I do not like it on me or I only want 1 of many dresses received. Please consider this and contact our online sale for help before you place order, our online sale will offer the professional help to choose the right style, size or color.

Quality Problem
In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to us by confirm the obvious quality defects as follows:
* Stain;
* Ripping;
* Zipper malfunction;
* Poor quality of workmanship;
* The falling of beading and sequin;
* Huge deviation between the receiving and the one displayed in the pictures of our website;
* Color differentia;
* Poor parcel packing. 
A Refund up to 100% (Item fare) is offered for the occurrence of above situation.
Please make sure the product is well packed and ship the package to the designated address given from the personnel in charge of RMA. Customer needs to cover the return shipping fee for package return. We will proceed to full refund as long as receiving the returning package. It is fully appreciated for customers’ providing of related tracking information.
We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design from the product you purchased. The request for the return of your received product in the event of not meeting your requirement on the change of style from the original design is not accepted.

1. Size Issue

For the dispute on size deviation, we accept the complaint within 3 days after receiving, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground or wearing and place a tape ruler to measure out the different part. Customer shall submit the photographs as reference to us and we will take the dispute and the relevant faulty confirmation. A reply with the resolution is offered within 2-3 business days.
Please make sure the product is well packed and ship the package to the designated address given from the personnel in charge of RMA. Customer needs to cover the fee for package return. We will proceed to full refund as long as receiving the returning package. It is fully appreciated for customer provides of related tracking information.
We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design from the product you purchased. The request for the return of your received product in the event of not meeting your requirement on the change of style from the original design is not accepted.
If your measurements between two size we normally suggest you choose the bigger one or custom made. Please check our instruction “How to Measure" and ask someone careful to help u to take the measurements according to it. If you are still not sure, please contact our online sale or ask a question online.
Our size chart may little DIFFERENT from the size you are wearing for daily life, all dresses on our website will be made strictly to our size chart, please check it carefully before place order.

Please Note: We are Not responsible for the unfitness if the customers provide wrong size or measurements. We suggest the customers take the item to local shop to fix. We could help to fix without charge but the customers have to pay for the shipping cost for 2 ways.

2. In delay of order processing

The delay of order processing may affect using of product or unable of reaching the estimated delivery date. We may offer up to 100% refund based on the detailed reasons.

Please Note: If the customers offered incorrect information and raised the order delivered late, customers have to take the responsibility or make compensation to the cost of the website.

3. In delay of international shipment

Please be kind understanding that we are unable to control the international shipment after the package been dispatching from the sorting center. For order was delayed due to the international shipment in whereof the package was shipped under normal processing period, we shall offer refund on the shipping fee.

4. Wrong item or package sent/Missing product

Full refund is offered for the miss and wrongly shipping of package. www.etiquettecode.com will offer reshipping service in the event of miss and wrongly shipping of accessories, a full refund on the item fare is offered in the event of stock of accessories are unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and checking the content of items before sign to receive.
Size Issue
For customer hasn’t received the package after 10 days of dispatching from www.etiquettecode.com sorting center. It is acceptable for customer offer shipping claim via here for further checking on the shipment with the following criteria:

4. Request: refund or return
5. The answer to the following questions is required:
A. If you have checked the package all around the house?
B. If you inquired your relatives or neighbor for package receiving?
C. If you ever contacted the shipping carrier?
D. If the package been detained by the customs?
